Who We Are:

PrintT1 Triathlon is a full service triathlon coaching company.  We are triathlon coaches for everyone, but we have a special focus on beginner triathletes and especially on those training for their first Ironman.  We have had many successes in the past 2 years, including 4 first time Ironmans, and an athlete setting a PR at Kona.

We offer many different services to our clients, from workout planning to full season planning and gear selection, and gait analysis, bike fit modification and swim analysis.

Tri Bike Fit: How to use an adjustable bicycle stem

We analyzed a lot of video of Thomas, and then suggested a few changes for his fit. Specifically, we suggested he move his handlebars back 3cm and up 3cm. In order to do this, he bought an adjustable stem- a great idea for triathletes.

Ironman San Juan: Hua wins by 30 minutes, qualifies for World Champs, PR’s in every discipline!

Hua came to us 6 months ago as an elite runner who had never been able to bring her running skills to bear. After 6 months of focusing on her swim and bike, she is getting ready for her first Ironman, Cairns in Australia. This was her tune up race- where she PR’ed in every event, and won her age group by more than 30 minutes, and qualified for the World Championships.
